Trained as an architect by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (UPC), and specialised in Basic Habitability in Human Settlements for Development by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (UPM). Interested in experimenting with different approaches to the profession, I have worked in several countries collaborating with many teams in architecture and urbanism projects characterised by their approximation to the practice from a social and/or ecological standpoint. On the back of these experiences, since 2016 I have co-directed the cAnicca studio, where we explore the people’s relationship with their environment, using participation and self-construction as our main working tools.
