Social Worker (Universidad de Deusto, 2000), academic specialist in International Cooperation and Development (Hegoa, UPV-EHU, 2001) and diploma in Gender and Communication (Instituto Internacional de Periodismo José Martí, Cuba, 2010).
For 8 years she worked on Education for Development issues at the NGDO Mugarik Gabe, and subsequently for the NGDO KCD. For 6 years she coordinated the Hikaateneo association for reflection and debate in Bilbao. She is connected and committed to all of the spaces where she has worked, as well as her hometown (Sestao) through her collaboration with Txirbilenea Kulturgunea. She has been the Host of Wikitoki since December 2018.
